Commissioned by the U.S. Treasury Department and developed by a multi-disciplinary team of experts and leaders from nearly 20 organizations, this report recommends specific measures that policymakers can use to increase U.S. job creation and drive overall economic growth by improving access to the public markets for emerging, high-growth companies. Many of the recommendations herein formed the basis of the JOBS Act of 2012.

Love it or loathe it, you can't dispute that Obamacare has brought significant changes to the U.S. healthcare marketplace - and to all the industries that serve it. Before passage, the bill's scope created acute dilemmas for many industry groups, as it contained some provisions that had potentially beneficial elements for members, but other elements that had potentially negative effects.
